These terms govern your use of this website and the painting, staining, and coatings services provided by Thumb Premier Painting of Bad Axe, Michigan.
1. Services
We provide interior and exterior painting, staining, wood restoration, and protective coatings for residential, agricultural, marine, and commercial properties in Michigan's Thumb.
2. Estimates & Proposals
Written estimates reflect the scope, products, and conditions described in them. Pricing shown online is planning guidance only; final pricing requires a custom written estimate. Changes in scope or hidden conditions require a written change order.
3. Payment
Deposits and payment schedules are stated in your estimate. We prefer check payable to Thumb Premier Painting and also accept other payment methods. Punch-list or touch-up items are completed promptly and do not justify withholding payment in full.
4. Warranty
Workmanship is backed by our written warranty as stated in your estimate. Coating lifespan varies with exposure, substrate condition, and maintenance; manufacturer coverage is separate from ours.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Provide safe site access, water and power where needed, and move or protect fragile belongings before we begin.
