Dallas Valentine — Founder & Owner
Thumb Premier Painting is founded and operated by Dallas Valentine from Bad Axe, Michigan. Delivering professional interior, exterior, commercial, agricultural, and specialty coatings across Huron, Tuscola, and Sanilac counties.
Owner-Operated Quality & Accountability
Dallas personally walks every estimate, evaluates substrate moisture and condition, specifies coating chemistry, and oversees quality control across residential and commercial projects. When you work with Thumb Premier Painting, you have a direct line to the owner — never an outsourced call center or remote middleman.
Rooted in Michigan's Thumb
Operating from Bad Axe, Dallas has built a business centered around the real climate and building challenges of the Thumb — from severe 40-degree freeze-thaw swings and lake-effect wind along Lake Huron to agricultural ammonia exposure on commercial farmsteads.
Disciplined Craftsmanship
Every project adheres to strict prep protocols: diamond-grinding concrete floors to CSP-3, moisture testing wood siding below 15%, two-coat minimums, and written 2-year workmanship warranties.
